PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
We will accept payment via paypal, credit card, company checks, etc.
Bayracks.com warrants bayracks products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Bayracks.com makes no warranty as to products manufactured by other third parties.
Please know that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. If you do cancel an order you must contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org before it is shipped. We will email you a cancellation notice if the product has not been shipped. Only then will the cancellation be in effect.
bayracks.com sells brand new working item to our customer, Products are not sold for evaluation., You may return most new, unopenned items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued before returning any merchandise. For more detail, please email us at email@example.com.
Product must be in original carton, unassembled and unused. Returns can not be made after a product has been assembled. Custom orders are non-returnable. Returns can not be made after 30 days of the date delivered. The following rules apply to the refunds:
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All returned parts may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping cost, either direction, are not refundable.
- The item must be in new, unused condition and must includes all included accessories, packaging, manuals to qualify for a full refund
- Single returned Net Racks that has been assmbled will be a subject to a 20% restocking fee. Net Racks must be contains all the parts, if the racks are multiple assembled, it may not be returned.
- No refunds on physical damage to any product purchased from bayracks.com
- bayracks.com does not offer refund on shipping, packaging, and handling fees.
- bayracks.com does not pay the return shipping cost for defective item. All proudct are subject to the manufacturer warranty. All units are packaged at the factory and we do not open individual packages. We will be happy to assit any customer if there is a problem dealing with the factory repair center
- The customer are responsible for the all return shipping & handling costs.
- All units sold are brand new. Bayracks.com will not be responsible for any type of damge is caused by improper use. Proper operation and installation of the equipment is your responsibility.
- Returned items are subject to inspection and approval. If the condition of the returned item is not as sent an additional fee may be charged. If an item is DOA we must receive a request for return within 48 hours of delivery.
- bayracks.com will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). If you receive a defective item, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery and we will make arrangement for return. For international orders, the purchaser is responsible for the return postage of such items.
- You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
